LAUREN BROCK
Hi! I'm Lauren. I am a Realtor based in Charleston, SC and East Tennessee.
I am also a wife, mama to our beautiful baby boy, Elliott, a sister, and a friend.
I was raised in East Tennessee where I began my Real Estate career in 2018.
In 2023, my husband and I moved our life to Charleston, SC. We are loving every moment here. I continue to sell Real Estate as I have in East Tennessee, while simultaneously selling Charleston!
When I'm not working, I am spending time with my family, lounging at the beach, walking at a local park, trying out new restaurants, and making my home.
Home to me is having a safe haven entirely unique to you. It's one space in life where you have total freedom to do as you wish. I am so lucky to not only enjoy creating my own safe haven, but I have the pleasure of working with others to find theirs.
I love what I do. I have been a Realtor for 6 years in East Tennessee. In 2023, I branched into the Charleston, SC market. This expansion allows me the opportunity to help more families find their home. For my investors, I offer the unique position of choosing between the beach or the mountains under one agent.
My love for Real Estate started when I was young. I grew up watching my grandmother build her real estate firm into what it is today. She is my inspiration. Everything I have done in my career has lead me to where I am today - a dual state licensee, dedicated to providing an excellent experience I am proud to offer my clients.
I primarily serve the Tri-County Region in Charleston, SC and East Tennessee, including The Great Smoky Mountains, Knoxville and surrounding areas, and The Lakeway Area. I work with investors, buyers, and sellers to find their ideal properties. From start to finish, every transaction is important to me. The best part of my job has been the friendships that have come out of the process. I strive to let my clients know their relationship with me extends beyond the closing table.
